A great find for a long-distance journey when the trains were up the spout. Very capable driver, made good time and a reasonable price capped it off. They're app is also one of the better ones I've experienced in terms of functionality and journey tracing. Will definitely be using them again.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had to change the time of my booking and less than 2 minutes I had an email confirmation. My driver, Lukasz, arrived in the area about 30 minutes early and waited nearby. He was very friendly and did a perfect job of getting us to our destination safely and on time!! Outstanding operation!!

It was a couple of weeks ago that I had one of my best experiences with a driver , as we all know London has Uber ,black cabs ,and many more apps that you could use to get to your destination, however I got picked up from a very polite-kind driver his name is Miha if am not wrong (hopefully you will be lucky enough to get picked up by him) and had no worries that my trip will be lovely! The car was a Tesla, inside and out was clean ,with the air condition on (it was a hot day in London) small water bottles for the guests as well !! I will use Umbrella app again as I had a 5* experience felt like a movie star . Keep up with the great work and staff members!!

Transfer from/to Stansted for our family trip to London: it was so convenient and comfortable. It allowed us to save time to rech the city center upon arrival, and sleep a bit more on our departure day, reaching the airport easily and comfortably. For all Airport Pickups meet and greet service is included in the price. Our chauffeur will wait in designated area in arrivals hall with a name board. Information about chauffeur / vehicle will be sent to you prior to the journey for easy communication.
For Local pickups we offer 15min free waiting time. For Airport pickups we offer 30 minutes free waiting time. After free waiting time we charge extra fee for additional waiting time accordingly to actual pickup time – this fee depends on booking class which is explained in our Terms and Conditions. Additional parking fee will be charged accordingly – this depends on the airport and actual parking charge = everything above £5.
There is a small charge for processing the payment to our customers for unexpected situations where a journey needs to be cancelled (as long as this is done with 24 hour in advance of the requested pick-up time). We understand that sometimes the unpredictable happens and for unforeseen reasons you simply can’t make it.
If you would like to cancel your booking with us, you can do this by emailing us with your booking reference and reason of cancellation. Alternatively you can call our Operating Centre or simply cancel the booking in the customer app.
Pre-paid bookings will be refunded in maximum 5 working days from the moment of cancellation.
If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the schedule pick-up time by customer, there will be a cancellation fee applied, which depends on the time we were informed…
More than 24 hours before pick-up time = 5% charge applied / 95% refund
Between 24 and 3 hours before pick-up time = 30% of journey price
Between 3 hours and up to the pick-up time = 50% of journey price
Once journey has commenced (driver on the way), or If you double booked with a different company, but failed to inform or cancel the journey with us, or If you have booked a journey with us, but did not turn up, we will require 100% of journey price.
We strongly suggest to pay for the journey 24h prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid any charge.
Scheduled pickup time is defined by the customer at the time of placing the booking and it is based on actual landing time. All Airport Pickups are inclusive of 30 minutes of waiting and parking time. This starts at the time of scheduled pickup time. Scheduled pickup time is set individually by the customer and it is usually set from 30 minutes up to 120 minutes after scheduled landing time – depends on origin, amount of luggage and passengers.
As during very busy periods we might be fully booked, we strongly advise to book your journeys in advance to avoid unavailable vehicles from our end. This will give us enough time to advice you and arrange required transfer with one of our partner drivers.
